Return of Product:

  • The defective product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective product.

Assessment:

  • Upon receipt of the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it to confirm the defect.
  • If the defect is verified, we will process your refund.

Refund Method:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days of the confirmed receipt of the returned item.
  • If the original method of payment is unavailable, we will arrange an alternative refund method.

Exceptions:

  • Products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or neglect are not eligible for a refund.
