1. General Information All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

2. Delivery Location Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India. Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 4-25 business days.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Shipping charges will be displayed (We provide free shipping on all products on our page).

• Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

5. Damaged Items in Transport If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at support@satgurucreations.shop.

7. Cancellation We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer and to modify or cancel any promotion due to system error or unforeseen problems.

8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes Customs are not applicable in Indian States.Product price is inclusive of shipping rates and taxes 

9. Tracking Options We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has shipped to help you track your order.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Satguru Creations. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• In the original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customized Items Due to the personalized nature of customized items, they cannot be returned unless they they meet above criteria and are defective or damaged.

Return Process To return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at support@satgurucreations.shop to inform us that you wish to return your product.
2. We will provide you with a shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package given the return request is accepted.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item or provide a full refund, and we will pay for the shipping costs.

Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 calendar  days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
