This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Satguru Creations ("we", "us", or "our") accepts returns and processes refunds for products purchased through our store. This policy is in compliance with applicable laws in India and is designed to protect both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return items only in the following circumstances:

Manufacturing Defects: Returns are accepted solely for products that exhibit manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is defined as any flaw in the product that affects its functionality or usability and is not due to normal wear and tear.

Return Process

To initiate a return for a product with a manufacturing defect, the following steps must be followed:

1. Notification: Customers must notify us of the defect within **7 days** of delivery. This can be done by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.

2. Evidence Submission: Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect along with their order number.

3. Return Authorization Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number.

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and verify the manufacturing defect, we will process the refund as follows:

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

- Processing Time: Please allow up to **14 business days** for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items that do not have a manufacturing defect.

Return & Replacement Policy (For International Orders)

AtĀ Satguru Creations, each customized Corian temple is handcrafted with precision, care, and devotion. Every product undergoes strict quality checks and secure packaging to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

1. Production & Delivery Timeline

  • Temple Making Time:Ā 1–15 working days,Ā starting only after the final design approval, not from the order placement date.

  • International Transit Time:Ā 15–45 days, depending on the courier service and destination country.

  • Tracking details will be shared once the temple is dispatched.

2. Eligibility for Replacement

  • This policy appliesĀ only to customized Corian temples shipped outside India.

  • AĀ free part /full temple replacementĀ is issuedĀ only in case of confirmed transit damage, supported by proper unboxing video evidence and additional packaging and shipping charges to be borne by customer.

  • Since each temple is made to order,Ā returns or monetary refunds are not applicableĀ except in approved damage claims.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Customers must record oneĀ continuous and unedited unboxing videoĀ showing:

    1. TheĀ sealed outer packagingĀ before opening.

    2. TheĀ complete unboxing process.

    3. Clear visibility of anyĀ damage to the temple or packaging.

  • The video must be sent via email or WhatsAppĀ within 7 days of delivery.

Important:
Claims without a proper unboxing video or submitted after 7 days from delivery willĀ not be eligibleĀ for replacement or refund.

4. Reporting Damages

If damage is found upon delivery:

  • Send theĀ unboxing videoĀ along withĀ photosĀ of the damaged product and outer packaging within 7 days.

  • Our quality verification team will assess the claim and approve aĀ free replacementĀ if all conditions are met.

  • Keep all original packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Missing or edited unboxing videos.

  • Claims reported after 7 days of delivery.

  • Damage due to mishandling after successful delivery.

  • Damaged by shipping partner handling and not by our packaging(In that case claim at insurance company)
  • Minor variations in color, polish, or surface pattern, which are natural to Corian material.

6. Replacement Timeline

Upon approval:

  • Replacement Making Time:Ā 1–15 working days (after design approval).

  • Replacement Transit Time:Ā 15–45 days (depending on destination and logistics provider).
