 Return and Refund Policy for Satguru Creations

 Introduction

This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Satguru Creations ("we", "us", or "our") accepts returns and processes refunds for products purchased through our store. This policy is in compliance with applicable laws in India and is designed to protect both our customers and our business.

 Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return items only in the following circumstances:

- Manufacturing Defects: Returns are accepted solely for products that exhibit manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is defined as any flaw in the product that affects its functionality or usability and is not due to normal wear and tear.

 Return Process

To initiate a return for a product with a manufacturing defect, the following steps must be followed:

1. Notification: Customers must notify us of the defect within 14 days of delivery. This can be done by contacting our customer service team via email or phone.

2. Evidence Submission: Customers are required to provide proper unboxing video from the start and photographic evidence of the manufacturing defect along with their order number for replacement and refund purpose without unboxing video no claims will be entertained

3. Return Authorization: Upon verification of the defect, we will issue a written communication to the customer. Returns will not be accepted without unboxing video 

4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the defective item back to us. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure the item is returned safely and additonal packaging charges in case of parts replacement to be borne by customer

 Refund Process

Once we receive the unboxing vidoe and returned item at our facility and verify the manufacturing defect, we will process the refund as follows:

- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.

- Processing Time: Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

 Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
- Items that do not have a manufacturing defect.
- Any product returned without prior authorization.

 Limitation of Liability

Satguru Creations shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our products, except in the case of manufacturing defects as outlined in this policy. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
