  Shipping Locations

  We offer free shipping across India and free international shipping (terms and conditions apply). We deliver to all major cities in India and ship
  internationally to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and other countries worldwide.

  Dispatch Time

  - Readymade Temples: Dispatched the same day or within 1 business day from order confirmation.
  - Customized Temples: Dispatched within 2 to 15 business days after CAD approval from the customer, depending on the complexity and specifications of the
  customization. The estimated dispatch time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

  Transit Times

  - Local Delivery (Mumbai): Same-day delivery available for readymade products within Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
  - Domestic Shipping (Rest of India): 1 to 5 business days via free express delivery after dispatch.
  - International Shipping: 1 to 7 business days (by air only) after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on the destination country and local customs
  regulations.

  Shipping Charges

  - Mumbai Local Delivery: Free
  - Domestic Shipping (All India): Free express delivery on all orders.
  - International Shipping: Free shipping on all international orders. Terms and conditions apply. Additional customs duties or import taxes, if any, are
  the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

  Order Tracking

  Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message containing tracking information. You can use this to track
  your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.

  Responsibility for Delivery

  While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Satguru Creations shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:

  - Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
  - Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
  - Customs clearance delays for international shipments.
