Shipping Policy for Satguru Creations

Shipping Locations
We ship products within India at no additional cost. For international orders, shipping charges will apply, and additional packaging fees may be incurred based on the destination and size of the order.
Dispatch Time
- Readymade Temples: Orders for readymade temples will be dispatched within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation.
- Customized Temples: Orders for customized temples will be dispatched within 2 to 15 business days after CAD approval from customer depending on the complexity and specifications of the customization. The estimated dispatch time will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.
Transit Times
- Domestic Shipping: After dispatch, the estimated delivery time for domestic orders is typically between 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
- International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times may vary based on the destination country and local customs regulations. Customers will be informed of the estimated delivery time at the time of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Shipping: All domestic shipping within India is free of charge.
- International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Additional packaging charges may apply.
- Time taken 7-10 days ( By air only)
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track your shipment until it arrives at your designated address.
Responsibility for Delivery
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Satguru Creations shall not be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation issues.
- Inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.
- Customs clearance delays for international shipments.
