3D Designer Corian Mandir with Round Pillars and Engraved Shlokas
A flagship 3D unit — full round Corian pillars with concealed warm-white backlight, a sculpted arc above, and engraved shlokas across the platform steps so that every aarti is read into the architecture. The round pillars are turned in two halves and seamlessly joined, an engineering choice that lets us run the LED channel down the rear of the column without breaking the visible curve. Designed for families who want a contemporary spiritual statement rather than a traditional cabinet. Manufactured by Satguru Creations — Mumbai's first Corian mandir manufacturer since 1975, with 10,000+ units delivered across India and export to USA, UK, Canada and Australia.
Design theme and home fit
The full-round pillar plus shloka design suits four interior contexts: (1) designer villa pooja rooms — pearl-white Corian, four full-round pillars, Sanskrit shlokas, warm-white halo backlight; (2) modern apartment living rooms where the mandir is a feature wall — soft warm-ivory Corian, two front pillars, dimmable backlight, single-line shloka; (3) contemporary Indian penthouses — dual-tone gloss-and-matte, RGB-and-warm-white festival lighting; (4) export USA and Canada homes — Designer white Corian, Devanagari shlokas with English transliteration on a hidden plaque. Style varies; the round-pillar engineering is constant.
Round pillar 3D craftsmanship and shloka engraving
The pillars are full round, turned in two halves on our CNC and bonded with our Corian-on-Corian invisible joint. Each pillar carries a hand-finished surface, with optional fluting at 6–10 mm depth around the shaft. The capital and base are separate Corian pieces, hand-carved with kalash or lotus motif, then bonded seamlessly to the column. Behind every pillar runs a recessed aluminium LED channel — invisible from the front, soft glow visible only as a halo around each column. The shlokas are engraved into the platform steps at 4–6 mm depth, hand-finished so the Devanagari strokes carry the slight thickness variation of true script. Pillar profile variants: full round (default), round with carved capital, tapered round, or fluted round.
Material and finish reality
Authentic DuPont-grade Corian — the same acrylic solid surface used in five-star hotel kitchens and operating theatres. Homogeneous through its thickness, so the engraved shlokas read in the same colour as the surface. Over 40 colour codes available, including Glacier White, Designer White, Warm Ivory, Pearl Gray and an antique-marble range. Compared with marble it is half the weight and joins seamlessly; compared with wood it does not warp in monsoon; compared with PVC-acrylic it never yellows. Available finish: satin matte, high gloss, dual-tone (gloss pillars + matte body), or hand-polished mirror finish on the deity backplate.
Size specifications
Five standard footprints, custom to the inch. Compact 24" W × 18" D × 36" H. Standard 36" W × 24" D × 60" H — most-ordered. Large 48" W × 30" D × 72" H — dedicated pooja-room wall. Premium 60" W × 36" D × 84" H — villa feature wall. Temple-hall 72" W × 42" D × 96" H+ — society or commercial. Pillar height 24″ to 60″, pillar diameter 4″ to 8″ depending on size. Total unit width 36–72″. Corian thickness 12 mm standard, 19 mm premium for larger units. Wall-mount variant available up to 48″ W with shorter pillars.

Why Satguru Creations
Mumbai's first Corian mandir manufacturer, founded 1975 and still the longest-running specialist on the material. Over 10,000 Corian mandirs delivered, with feedback at 4.8 out of 5 from 291 verified reviews. Round-pillar engineering and shloka engraving are signature builds for us — we have shipped these to villas across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bengaluru and to NRI homes in California, New Jersey, Toronto and London. Authentic DuPont-grade Corian only, lifetime consultation guarantee, field-replaceable LED driver. Three generations of family ownership; nothing outsourced.
Expertise behind the 3D build
The factory is led by the founding family. In-house architects trained in Vastu-compliant proportion lay out pillar diameter against unit height before render. CNC programming is done by our production engineer; round-pillar turning, capital carving and shloka engraving are finished by six senior artisans, each with 15–30 years on Corian. LED circuits are checked by a licensed electrician before despatch. The whole 3D build sits inside the same factory, which is why the joints stay invisible and the shloka strokes stay sharp.

Frequently asked questions
Q: How are full-round Corian pillars built without a visible seam?
Each pillar is turned in two halves on our CNC and bonded with our invisible Corian-on-Corian joint. The join sits at the rear of the column behind the LED channel and is undetectable under aarti light.
Q: Can I choose specific shlokas to engrave on the steps?
Yes. Gayatri Mantra, Maha Mrityunjaya, family ishta-devata shloka or any Sanskrit or English text. We render the typography for approval before engraving.
Q: How deep is the shloka engraving and will it blur over time?
4 to 6 mm depth, hand-finished. Corian is homogeneous solid surface so the engraving carries the same colour through its full depth. It does not blur or fade.
Q: Will the round pillar fluting chip in shipping?
No. Corian is a homogeneous solid surface, not veneer, so chipping from normal handling is almost impossible. Crates are corner-padded and any factory edge is repolishable.
Q: Can the LED be dimmable or run festival colour modes?
Yes. Standard build is warm white at 3000 K. Optional upgrades include dimmable warm-white, dual-mode warm-white plus RGB festival lighting, and Alexa or Google Home control.
Q: Do you ship this designer 3D unit to USA or Canada?
Yes. Several shipped each year to NRI homes in USA, Canada, UK and Australia. Export pack ships flat with numbered parts, English-Hindi-Gujarati video and WhatsApp-video remote support.
