A temple that gets touched by a hundred hands each week has to be engineered differently. Material and finish

The surface is authentic DuPont-grade Corian — a non-porous acrylic solid surface, not a cheap PVC-acrylic laminate. It does not yellow under constant diya smoke, does not warp in a humid pooja room, and does not crack if an oil lamp topples. Seams are chemically bonded, then sanded flat, so the entire shrine reads as one continuous carved block.
