Natural-glossy acrylic Corian is harder to finish well than matte or satin, because every micro-scratch shows on a glossy surface. Our finishing protocol uses a three-stage hand-polish process: rough sand at 320 grit, intermediate at 800 grit, final at 2000 grit with a felt buffer pad, then a clear acrylic top-coat baked on. The result is a mirror-bright surface with zero orange-peel texture. Edges are chamfered by hand so the surface reads as one continuous reflection, not as panels glued together. If you upgrade to the storage variant, the base drawers ride on full-extension ball-bearing runners with soft-close damping and the cabinet door closes on a concealed magnetic catch with a dust-resistant gasket. CNC and hand-finishing both happen at our Mumbai factory.

Material & finish

The body is DuPont-grade acrylic solid-surface Corian, finished in natural-glossy clear top-coat. Non-porous, seam-welded, will not yellow or chalk over time. The 12 mm standard sheet is what most homes need; 19 mm premium sheet is available for larger floor-standing versions. Forty-plus DuPont colour codes can be substituted for the natural-glossy white, including warm-ivory, pearl-gray, and dual-tone combinations. Versus marble: one-fifth the weight, won't etch from kumkum or oil. Versus engineered wood: zero swell in monsoon.
