Multi-layer jali and premium sliding-door craft

Each jali layer is CNC-cut with a different pattern density: outermost layer is the most open (lotus petals), second layer is mid-density elephant procession, third layer is tight floral crown, fourth rear layer is a solid mirror-Corian plane for backlight bounce. The four layers stack with 6 mm spacers, creating a physical depth of 36 mm from outermost carve to rear mirror. The sliding door itself is 12 mm Corian face-bonded to a 4 mm aluminium stiffener — this stops a six-to-ten-foot Corian door from bowing. It runs on a premium ball-bearing top track with silicone end-dampers, magnetic catches, and keyed institutional cam lock.
