The hero element here is a sound-wave ripple mandala — concentric Om frequencies carved into Corian as physical ridges, not a printed graphic. Sound-wave ripple CNC and backlit cavity craft

The ripple mandala is CNC-routed at nine depths, from 2 mm at the outer ring to 14 mm at the innermost Om relief. That depth variation is what makes the halo pulse when backlit — shallow rings catch edge light, deep rings cast their own shadow. Behind the mandala sits a diffused warm-white SMD cavity lined with Corian-mirror rear walls so the light bounces without hotspots. We do this with three layered Corian mirrors because a single rear layer leaves visible bulb points. The Om centre is hand-chiselled after CNC to clean the serif transitions. The commercial build carries our reinforced galvanised-steel sub-frame, modular lift-through panels, and GST invoice.

DuPont-grade Corian acrylic solid surface only. Non-porous, seam-bondable, thermally stable under continuous LED and lamp use. 40+ shade codes; this design reads cleanest in Glacier White, Designer White or Warm Ivory as the body. Mirror-polished Corian rear layers sit behind the ripple as part of the backlight engineering. Never PVC-acrylic.
