Compact Wall-Mount Corian Mandir for Home Apartments

Compact Wall-Mount Corian Mandir for Home

Built specifically for apartments, 1-BHKs and condos that need the floor clear; this compact Corian mandir floats on a concealed steel sub-frame, freeing the area beneath for a console, a chair or a clean entryway. The mandir reads as architectural rather than furniture, hovering against the wall at standing aarti height. Same DuPont-grade Corian and same hand-finishing as our floor-standing builds; the engineering difference is the sub-frame, designed in-house and rated 40–80 kg depending on Corian thickness. Manufactured by Satguru Creations: Mumbai's first Corian mandir manufacturer since 1975, with 10,000+ units delivered across India and export markets.

Design theme and small-home fit

The wall-mount profile works in four interior contexts: (1) 1-BHK apartment with no spare floor: Glacier white Corian, mounted above a console table; (2) contemporary 2-BHK living-room corner: pearl-ivory Corian, mounted as a floating feature; (3) NRI compact condo in USA, UK or Canada: Designer white, mounted on standard drywall stud configuration with sub-frame template; (4) office or commercial reception altar: matte white Corian, mounted at standing aarti height, no LED for daytime use. The footprint is small but the proportion stays Vastu-correct: pillar height to platform width follows the same ratio as our larger units.

Wall-mount engineering and craft

This is the engineering-heavy compact build. Behind every wall-mount Corian mandir sits a concealed steel sub-frame rated 40–80 kg, designed specifically against your wall type: brick, RCC, drywall stud, or AAC block. The Corian body is bonded to the sub-frame from the rear so no fixings show on the deity-facing surface. Hand-finishing happens after CNC: senior artisans hand-polish every concave shoulder, hand-bond every Corian-to-Corian joint with our invisible technique, and finish-buff under three grits of pad. Optional warm-white LED is routed behind the deity panel through a hollow rear cavity that also houses the LED driver: invisible, accessible from the rear for service. The mounting hardware itself is concealed inside the rear cavity.

Material and finish

Authentic DuPont-grade Corian only, never the cheap PVC-acrylic that yellows. Over 40 colour codes available, including Glacier White, Designer White, Warm Ivory, Pearl Gray and an antique-marble range. Compared with marble, half the weight (which directly determines how the sub-frame is sized: lighter Corian means smaller anchors and a wider range of compatible walls); compared with wood, no warping under apartment humidity; compared with PVC-acrylic, no yellowing under continuous wall-mount LED. Standard finish satin matte; high gloss and dual-tone (gloss deity panel, matte body) available.

Compact wall-mount size specifications

Lead with compact 18–36″ widths. Mini 18″ W × 10″ D × 24″ H: narrow alcove or above a desk. Compact 24″ W × 12″ D × 36″ H: most-ordered for 1-BHK and 2-BHK alcoves. Standard-Compact 30″ W × 14″ D × 48″ H: small-apartment corner. Wide-Mount 36″ W × 14″ D × 48″ H: feature wall above a console. Tall-Mount 24″ W × 12″ D × 60″ H: narrow column profile. Corian thickness 12 mm standard, 19 mm premium for sub-frame engagement strength. Custom to the inch.

Why Satguru Creations

Mumbai's first Corian mandir manufacturer, founded 1975. Over 10,000 Corian mandirs delivered, including hundreds of wall-mount compact builds for apartment families and NRI condos. Customer feedback at 4.8 out of 5 from 291 verified reviews. Authentic DuPont-grade Corian only, three-generation family ownership, lifetime consultation guarantee, field-replaceable LED driver. Wall-mount engineering expertise

Three generations of mandir craftsmen run the factory. Wall-mount work needs three disciplines together: Vastu-correct proportion (so the floating mandir reads at correct aarti height), structural engineering (so the sub-frame holds against your specific wall), and finish discipline (so no fixings show). Our in-house designers handle the proportion; our production engineer handles the sub-frame; six senior artisans handle the Corian carving and finishing. Licensed electrician checks every LED unit. We have built this wall-mount profile for hundreds of apartment families specifically because their floor area cannot host a floor-standing unit.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Will this wall-mount unit fit a 6 ft apartment wall?
Yes. Compact 24 inch and wide-mount 36 inch fit comfortably. Mini 18 inch fits even narrow alcoves under 4 ft. Sub-frame is sized to leave clearance on either side.

Q: Can I really wall-mount this on a drywall stud apartment in USA?
Yes. Sub-frame is engineered to your specific wall type. For drywall stud configuration we provide a template that aligns the sub-frame to two adjacent studs, plus masonry-anchor specification for any solid-wall portion.

Q: Is the wall-mount build lower quality than floor-standing?
No. Same DuPont-grade Corian, same hand-finishing, same six senior artisans. The wall-mount adds a concealed steel sub-frame; everything else is identical to our floor-standing builds.

Q: Does the wall-mount unit ship overseas easily?
Yes. The wall-mount crate fits standard apartment elevators. Ships flat with numbered parts, sub-frame template, masonry-anchor specification, English-Hindi-Gujarati video and WhatsApp-video remote install support.

Q: What is the smallest wall-mount mandir you build?
The mini 18 inch wide, 24 inch tall variant is the smallest standard wall-mount size. Smaller bespoke sizes possible on custom-to-inch basis.

Q: Can I add LED later to a wall-mount unit?
Yes. The rear cavity is designed accessible, so a licensed electrician can retrofit a warm-white LED kit later. We supply the kit and routing diagram if you order LED-ready.
