Craftsmanship — full-height multi-zone engineering

A full-size mandir has three engineering challenges that smaller pieces avoid. First, seam control on long Corian runs — our Mumbai team bonds 8 ft panels in a single pass with UV-cured seam resin and sands to invisible. Second, structural rigidity — a 5.5 ft-tall Corian body flexes if it is not internally braced, so we add concealed Corian spine braces inside the rear panel. Third, multi-zone LED balancing — three independent halos must look like one continuous glow when all are on, and like distinct accents when only one is on. We hand-tune the LED strip density in each zone during our 32-point QC. Every full-size build is the factory's full showcase: CNC, hand-carve, hand-polish, LED tuning and finish inspection all from our own team.

Material and finish

Built from DuPont-grade Corian in 40+ shade options. Seam bonding is UV-cured for full-size panels. The entire body is non-porous, so even large-surface mandirs wipe clean without attracting kumkum or haldi stains. Unlike marble, a full-size Corian mandir is not cripplingly heavy — a 5.5 ft build weighs roughly 90 to 120 kg versus 350+ kg for equivalent marble. Unlike wood, it will not warp at this scale under Mumbai humidity or export-market heating. Standard finish: satin body + high-gloss arch crown and pillars; dual-tone and gold-leaf inlay available for villa and heritage builds.

Temple-hall full 96" W x 48" D x 108" H+ — built to site for housing-society and commercial installations. Corian thickness 12 mm on body, 19 mm on sanctum and arch for carving depth and halo depth. Platform depth extensible to 42" for seated aarti.
