Design theme — interiors it suits

Craftsmanship — the drawer-front Om and pillar light

Two production details define this piece. First, the 3D Om on each drawer front is carved 8–10 mm deep into solid Corian, then hand-polished along every curve of the character so the symbol reads sharp under pillar backlight. We do not route-and-stick; the Om is cut into the drawer itself. Second, the pillar backlight channel is milled into the rear face of each pillar and fitted with a 24V warm-white SMD LED strip in an aluminium heatsink profile, with a hidden driver inside the base plinth and a rocker switch on the base lip. The drawer bodies run on soft-close premium runners, so even heavy pooja thalis close silently. Every seam thermally bonded, hand-polished edges throughout.

Material & finish

Built in 100% imported DuPont-grade Corian — the identical acrylic solid surface used in luxury kitchen counters. Does not warp in monsoon humidity, does not yellow under pooja-lamp heat, does not crack where cheap PVC-acrylic copies fail. 40+ stocked Corian colours. Finish choices: full high-gloss, satin matte, or a dual-tone combination where the pillars stay gloss and the body is matte. The 3D Om on the drawers can be finished in a contrasting gloss-on-matte pattern that catches the backlight beautifully.
