Luxury White and Gold Large Corian Temple with 3D Carved Round Pillars
A dual-tone flagship: Glacier White Corian body with hand-applied gold accents, two 3D hand-carved round backlit pillars, and a three-layer Om mandala at the deity backplate. Gold is reserved deliberately — capitals, base bands, mandala ring and arch crown — so the piece reads as an heirloom villa shrine rather than a gilt-heavy showpiece. This is the archetype large-Corian-temple design we ship most often to luxury overseas homes and heritage family trusts. Built at our Mumbai factory by Satguru Creations, the city's first Corian mandir manufacturer since 1975, with 10,000+ installations across India and export to USA, UK, Canada and Australia.
Design styles this piece anchors
The white-and-gold dual-tone lives in four large-scale contexts: (1) heritage family villa shrine room — full gold-on-ivory, traditional kalash finials, warm-white backlight; (2) large housing-society clubhouse pooja hall — restrained gold bands, lockable drawer plinth; (3) overseas luxury Hindu home or community temple — full gold ring on Om, knock-down panels; (4) luxury hotel multi-faith or wellness space — dual-tone with champagne-gold, dimmable warm-white. The 3D carved pillars carry a raised lotus-kalash motif hand-chiselled after CNC, and the three-layer Om has gold-leaf on the outer ring while the inner Om stays pure white.
3D carved round pillars and three-layer mandala
Every 3D carved round pillar goes through four stages at our Mumbai factory. First, CNC roughing of the tapered round profile. Second, high-speed lathe finishing to remove mill marks. Third, hand-chisel relief of the lotus-kalash motif — carved 6–8 mm into the surface, which is the deepest Corian can take without sub-surface fracture. Fourth, hand-sanding through five grits and a gold-leaf inlay on the capital bands. The three-layer Om mandala is built with a polished mirror-Corian rear, a routed mandala middle layer, and a high-relief Om on the front, offset 8 mm apart with warm-white LED in the cavity. Outer ring is gold-leaf sealed under UV lacquer.
Material and finish
Authentic DuPont-grade Corian throughout. Non-porous, seam-bondable, yellowing-resistant, thermally stable under diya heat. 40+ shade codes; this design is typically ordered in Glacier White, Designer White or Warm Ivory as the body, paired with 22K gold leaf or champagne-gold on accents. Compared to marble, a third of the weight with identical gloss. Compared to teak, stable across humidity zones from coastal Mumbai to arid Rajasthan to New Jersey winters. PVC-acrylic is never used here — only DuPont sheet. Finish options: high-gloss, satin-matte, dual-tone body, or full dual-tone with contrast plinth.

Why Satguru Creations
Dual-tone white-and-gold Corian with 3D hand-carved round pillars sits at the intersection of three skills: turning, relief carving, gold-leaf application. Most shops outsource at least one of these steps and the seams show. We do all three in one workshop in Mumbai, and we have done so since 1975 — the city's first Corian mandir manufacturer, 10,000+ installations delivered, 4.8/5 rating across 291 verified reviews. GST invoice on every commercial order. HSN-coded export paperwork. Lifetime consultation guarantee on every piece.
Expertise
Three generations of the founding family run the factory. Designers work to Vastu and agama-shastra proportions for all temple-hall orders. Six senior Corian carvers with 15–30 years each cover pillar turning, lotus-kalash hand chiselling, and Om mandala layering. A gold-leaf specialist handles inlay on pillar capitals and mandala rings. Licensed electrician vets every LED loom. Production engineer signs off steel sub-frames for every commercial order above 72 inches.

Frequently asked questions
Q: How much gold leaf is used, and does it chip with daily wipe-down?
Coverage depends on your spec — typically 6–12 square feet for a premium 84″ unit. Leaf sits in a recessed channel under UV-cure lacquer, so it will not chip with a soft-cloth wipe.
Q: Are the 3D carved pillars fully turned round or half-rounds bonded onto flats?
Fully turned round. CNC-roughed, lathe-finished, hand-chiselled and hand-sanded through five grits. We do not bond half-rounds; the seam would be visible.
Q: Can the gold colour be changed to champagne or silver leaf?
Yes. Standard is 22K gold leaf. Champagne gold, antique brass, rose gold and silver leaf are all available. We send a physical swatch before inlay.
Q: Does a GST invoice come with this for a society, trust or company purchase?
Yes. Full GST invoice in the trust, society or company name with HSN coding. Overseas buyers receive commercial invoice and export declaration for customs.
Q: Can this ship knock-down to a USA luxury home or community temple?
Yes. Modular panels, pillars and Om ship flat in a 20-foot container. Numbered parts, assembly video, and WhatsApp-video remote support on install day.
Q: What is the lead time for a fully carved, gold-leafed large unit?
20 to 28 working days depending on gold coverage and carving depth. Premium 84″ with full gold typically ships at the 26-day mark.
